Character Description
Luke Skywalker was a legendary war hero and Jedi who helped defeat the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Civil War and helped found the New Republic, as well as the New Jedi Order.
Born in 19 BBY as the son of the fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and the Queen and Senator of Naboo, Padmé Amidala. Luke was raised on Tatooine and hidden from Emperor Palpatine and his father, who had recently become Darth Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith.
In 0 BBY, Skywalker’s life changed forever. A chance purchase of two droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO, led to him to receive training in the ways of the Force from Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and to meet Han Solo, and Princess Leia Organa, who was, unbeknownst to him, his twin sister. Skywalker then destroyed the first Death Star and joined the Rebel Alliance.

- Light gray gauntlet style suede gloves with com link on left wrist
Belt:
Required Details:
- Brown leather or leathter-like belt with weathered silver, octagonal buckle and 2 large silver rivets arranged vertically (one above the other) on the right side of the buckle.
- D-Ring suspended by a small leather strap. Strap is fixed with two rivets arranged vertically (one above the other) and located on the left side from the buckle.
- Lightsaber Hook fixed with two smaller rivets arranged horizontally (one beside the other) and located on the left side between buckle and D-Ring.
- Belt components must be arranged in proper order
Holster:
Required Details:
- Brown leather or leather-like holster, same colour as the belt.
- The holster is located on the right hip and fixed with a smal strap around the right leg.
- The holster attaches to the belt with a single wide leather strap (~3 inches / ~8 cm wide)
Pants:

- Attached blade(s), LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required.
- If bladed must be blue.
- No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber.

It's clearly seen when Luke is on the Taun-Taun.
Here's a close of detail of it from the Star Wars Costumes, The Original Trilogy book.

He has the Badge when he's on the Taun-Taun.
Still has it after he's captured and hanging in the Wampa's cave.
And still has it after fighting the Wampa.
There is also a promo photo showing the Badge on the vest.

For the Gray quilted padded shoulders : it is not always gray but sometime light brown as you can see on pictures.
