Greetings to Rebel Legion members from your CO. It's time to roster up for some of the hundreds of events we will be doing this year. (which we do on the Garrison Titan forums.) Some of these events allow only one of each "face" character to be present, so that we do not confuse our audience. Some events allow this in shifts, some once for the entire day.

Such is the case with the Pride Parade. We are starting the roster for this one already, although it isn't until June 25. I noticed that the Rey and Leia positions may be filling up super fast, as we have multiple people who do that costume. I'd ask that you respect our "first come, first serve" rules about rostering, which we've done successfully for over ten years.

Now I know that there is a movement to put as many community people into face characters as possible, not just allies. That's fantastic. If you can't get the slot you want as Rey or Leia or Fett or Luke, then I'd like to suggest that you pick a different face character! You have time to build one. There's two months. If you need pattern or costuming help, we have an extremely talented membership base to draw from here. There are hundreds of face characters!

In addition, designing and creating your new character costume right now means you can build in places to put the rainbows easier than on an established costume. You can also figure out where lights would go for the Starlight parade, if you want to glow.

And please don't pressure the people who do sign up first by asking them to trade with you. It's first come, first serve. If your costume is not winning that lottery, then you can make a more obscure character - they are also popular, like Luminara and Zam - and then you don't have this issue all the time. Or, try the other 400+ troops we'll have in the year.

Thank you for your attention to this. Let's raise money for our charities! Two Legions, One Force!
