Comments: Hopecam's 5k is one of our largest annual fundraising events of the year and is critical to our ability to connect children with cancer to their friends and support systems. The average cost of connecting a child is about $1,000. 70% of the children helped by Hopecam attend Title 1 (low-income) schools, and 50% cannot afford internet access, which Hopecam provides. Hopecam helps children living in 47 states and abroad.
Referred by: Jason Stanley we have had the pleasure of his squad coming to other various childhood cancer events.

I could make it to this one as Ackbar for a couple of hours if we can get some additional manpower to troop with me- I wouldn't be able to troop it solo.

Looks like we'll have a decent crew of 501st people as well, so you won't be solo. |

This was a good troop yesterday. I was there as Ackbar, with Jason Stanley as a TIE and Matt Leech as a TK. Matt actually ran the 5K in armor while pushing a double stroller! The event raised $50,500 for Hopecam.
