Watch out for those German boots. They come in 2 types of leather. That pair looks like the "pebble grain" and is not very smooth. The Officer Botts are the better ones. I have a pair myself.

I got them... they look great but unfortunately are too narrow for me. I don't think a shoemaker could stretch them as it's my foot that is too wide and not a calf issue.

They are indeed a pebble grain, but they look good for "used" shoes. Polish them a bit and they'd look fantastic.

If anyone wants it for the same price + shipping, PM me.

Man be luckey some of youguys have the feet that you do. I have a hard time finding shoes that wont bust apart in 6 months cause theres not a single shoe in my size.

Yes I go thru a pair of shoes every 6 months. Good thing I get the cheap kind at target. Same shoe I have been getting for 6 years and never payed no more than 5$ for them.

Good luck all in your search for footwear.

UPDATE:

Available at Sportsmans Guide, a more accurate-looking boot. Would be excellent for X-Wing pilots, RFT's, TIE Pilots, Imperial Crew, Gunners, and Death Star Troopers too.

Get 'em while they have 'em!

UPDATE #2: They are now out of size 10+. They only carry sizes 6 - 9.

I got 2 pairs of these, for my brother and myself. When they showed up, one pair was nice, clean almost new looking. The other pair very old and worn looking, and they both smelled like moth balls......
for the price, I wasn't dissapointed though.....

I was looking at the web site to purchase them, but the sizes only went to size 10. I need at least a size 11. Has anyone else purchased a size bigger than 10?

I am in that same boat... would love new boots that actually fit me! for both Han and Pilot...

Sportsman's Guide now has these taller boots (16"). Maybe you can take them to a shoe repair and remove a few inches from the top (?):
