I’m about to order a set of the Clone Wars era Jedi General Gauntlets and I have a few questions. First, do the finished arms have to be seamless, or can I do the clamshell thing and have a seen visible? Second, what does everyone use for the black gloves? Do you use leather, fabric, stretchy material, what? Third, where’s a good reference site that shows a finished product? |

good to see more joining the General rank (pun intended )
for the question on seam, yes, it has to be seamless. a lot of filling and sanding went into it achieve the final look.
as for glove, I uses something liken stretchy fabric material
finally on reference, I had to search the KJO roster for other Jedi General for reference. did you try RPF or other props making forum? _________________ Knight of Jedi Order/Galactic Strategic Command

The CRL doesn't specifically state seamless and I've seen people have their costumes passed with seams on the rear of the armor.
My gloves are black flight gloves. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0089QIDK6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 _________________ Rebel Legion, Alderaan Base: ROTS Obi-Wan Kenobi | In progress: CW Obi-Wan Kenobi, Miraluka Jedi General
