Hi can someone tell me where can i bought in europe mini flares or how to make it? I'm making nien numb version bwing pilot and need it for belt.

If it helps at all, these were once a 5/16" dowel rod that I cut, sanded, primed (black) and the finish is 2 coats of Krylon Sterling Silver. Total cost for 14 flares was around $6.
