Greeting Trooper!! I'm new here too.
Looks like you found the sign up area already and figured it out. Although I'll add there are button's at the top of the tread to indicate if your going as a character or a handler.

I have to say, I'm supper excited to have a Clone Trooper! I'm looking to start budgeting for one too.
