I was wondering if havoc squad was the only Paint scheme/ armour configuration that is accepted by the RL?

The canon paint scheme are based off of the cinematic trailers so i do not believe there is a different color available for havoc squad despite the game allowing color customization, there have been previous havocs that use different colors such as powder blue but they arent necessarily within the requirements of the CRL

There are dozens of other armor pieces, paint schemes, etc. that can be used by the Republic Trooper and Havoc Squad in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Whether or not the Rebel Legion would accept any of these complete armor sets though is unknown to me.

There are about three or four "default Republic trooper" sorts of armor used by the AI soldiers though:

Standard soldier

This armor (Known as Phobium Onslaught Armor) also appears a lot (this is a Player, but the AI use it too usually in different color schemes):

This one is also quite common on higher-level planets:

There's also a Snowtrooper Uniform as well:
