definitely pick up the new visual guide. I feel its the best DK has produced yet. The suit is such an odd color. I even see drain holes in it like real flight suits have.

I think these are real world flight suits of some sort, there is a knife pocket on the leg.

The color is a blue/green like this:

Theres is a hood zipper on the collar too. Strange to be custom with detail like that but I'm betting modified from something

I agree! Lots of good photos and back stories of characters.

If you look at the stitching in the Visual Guide, it is a different (tanish/brownish?) color whereas the flightsuit material is blue/greenish which might suggest that they are dyed from a color similar to the stitching. Thread is very hard to dye when fabrics typically dye more easily.

Same here :p

Finally, I'm not sure about the gloves of blue leader.
Not really the same as the Hoth pilots? Neutral

These are the best pictures we have so far:

Chest box and hose appears the same but the washer is metal as opposed to a white stick on one.

Gloves are similar to Snow Speeder with wrist comm on left side. (Need to find out what suit cuffs look like under the gloves)

Suit is nylon and does have visible zippers on collar and lower leg.

Commpad pocket on the left sleeve with a slightly different Commpad design with raised clear colored markings.

No visible arm tool pocket or right shoulder pocket based on above images.

Suit appears to have same pocket configuration as standard X-Wing suit above the waist.

Flack Vest appears similar as well.

Belt flares seem to be knurled.

Ejection harness of a material possibly identified Ian Cook:

Iron Edge wrote:
One of my base members found this material and we are testing painting it a greyer grey, right now its silver with a sparkle. It fits nicely into my existing ejection harness slide buckle, just need to make a harness out of it.

Does anyone have anything to add I may have missed?

The belt looks like a British PLCE belt turned inside out and buckle reversed , with flare holders sewn on.
