Hi can someone tell me where can i bought in europe mini flares or how to make it? I'm making nien numb version bwing pilot and need it for belt.

You can use wooden dowels and paint them silver, that would work. Elvis Trooper also makes aluminum ones that are very nice.

If it helps at all, these were once a 5/16" dowel rod that I cut, sanded, primed (black) and the finish is 2 coats of Krylon Sterling Silver. Total cost for 14 flares was around $6.

Nice! How many inches long are those dowel pieces?

Belt flares usually average around two inches long.
