Changing: Parking lot, but have access to a small room when not in use for panels.

I have spoken to Brett through Facebook and it looks like this is a go and the GREAT NEWS is that we will be right next to where BOB GALE, the creator of BACK TO THE FUTURE will be set up.
So a lot of foot traffic.
Brett has asked if we might be able to assist with some of the crowd control as well while we are in front of our booth and such which I dont think would be a problem, but it should bring in a lot of foot traffic.

Marina Sirtis, Walter Jones and Trina Nishimura as well as Bob Gale are the Guests of Honor.

Friday night the 20th they are showing all three Back to the Future movies at the Historic Byrd Theatre as well.

Duties will include table and crowd control around the table for both days.

There are restrooms for changing, and the Tantive Backdrop will be up for photo ops.
This is a 2 day con.
Please let me know if you can do one or both days as this is also the date of the Norfolk Parade.

The Gettysburg Remembrance Day Parade is this weekend....I am commanding the battalion this year and cannot attend.

I would love to have more than just one lone Rebel there on Saturday to hold down the fort.

I think Carolyn said that she was going to come out unofficially in a Rae costume she was working on.

Not sure if I will have everything done on my costume but would like to go Saturday and Sunday to help out.

TOTALLY didn't see this thread until Joel pointed it out to me! Smile

I''ll be there on Saturday and will stop by the table in the morning. We can play it by ear as to what is needed when for table manning and such.

I know I know but I always talk up both Legions Base & Garrison regardless of the costume in. I just got my Snowtrooper approved though so I really want to wear him.
