The hood for a Twi'lek lekku cap or something? There really isn't one. Or at least not that I know of.

As for other pictures, I have a gallery thread with a bunch of pictures. I have a few more to add to it. I have over 100 B-wing pilot pictures... XD

It's also used for the side straps of the flak vest.

I'm terrible with estimations, but I usually just get a bunch of it. I usually get around 10 feet or so. It's cheap so it never costs very much.

There's only one pocket on the upper portion of the flightsuit, and it's a military style expanding pen/map pocket with the zipper removed. I have a pattern for the military pocket without the zipper-off conversion, I just need to make sure that it fits right, which I haven't had a chance to yet.

There's one set of leg pockets like the X-wing pilot leg pockets, but it doesn't have a lower set of leg pockets. There are reinforcement panels where the lower leg pockets would be. (Though they could be pockets without the closure flaps, it's hard to tell for certain.)

Rear pockets shouldn't be there. Right now they're acceptable but when the standards change I'm not sure how it will change that. If you can take them off I'd do it just to be safe.

As for the hose cloth, just use a white cloth, it doesn't particularly matter what it is as long as it's not something like burlap, which I don't know why anyone would use that, but just sayin'. I'd just use some cheap white cotton or something.

The wool would probably be fine, so long as it's a medium or dark gray. You could post a picture of it and it would be easier to give a solid answer.

The leg pockets are the same as the X-wing pilot, the same style, just without the lower set. Ignore the right arm pocket description, there is no pocket on the right arm. There is one on the left arm, but it's a very different style.

For the greeblies on the vest there are two or three different styles. One style used a BENDIX bulkhead connector (female plug), some type of computer hardware part, and a computer connector that I haven't been able to identify yet (I have some leads but I'm not entirely sure yet). This is seen on the pre-production Ten Numb pictures and, I think, on Keyan Farlander in Return of the Jedi. There's another style that's a variation of this one bit with a different type of computer hardware that I still haven't been able to identify... The picture I have of the piece is too small and blurry to see what it is.

The third style is seen in the Star Wars Costumes book and uses a connector that's similar to a bulkhead connector but the center has been filled in and smoothed out, perhaps to make casting it easier. It also has a generic computer plug that can be found in most computer hardware stores, and another greeblie of various computer hardware parts-- diodes, capacitors and such.

In your picture it looks like the leg pockets are roughly correct. They're the same pockets as the X-wing pilot pockets, same style, same shape, and they're positioned in the same place (front of the legs). There's just one set of them. There are no arm pockets except for the expanding pen/map pocket, which is completely different from the X-wing pilot code cylinder pocket, and there is no commpad (or commpad pocket). As for thigh pockets, no, I don't think the Return of the Jedi coveralls have them, but most commercially-available coveralls do have them, and you can't really remove them without doing some extensive modification. You could probably just leave them.

out of the costume standards:
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS – YOU MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
1. B-Wing hard helmet with Star Wars-style decoration
2. Cloth tan AN-H-15 flight helmet (or replica)
3. X-Wing helmet with Star Wars-style decoration
4. Y-Wing helmet with Star Wars-style decoration
5. Mini-flares on web belt. A mix of filled and empty slots are okay
6. Comm pad visible inside comm pad pocket on outside left forearm above wrist

so i am a bit confused...
