I have sourced all the parts for my X-Wing pilot minus the ejection harness... Does any one have a good source for wither a completed harness or know where I can get the strapping to make my own harness?

checking out straps works now but I'm not sure how much strapping you get at that price... Seems pretty cheap...
Thinking I'll go with the seat belting and, tutorial looks simple enough.

Darth Hair is another option for the ejection harness. _________________

Try stitchsloft.com. he makes excellent harness sets, the material is heavier than seatbelt strapping. |

Measure from the center of your chest to the center of your back and add 4 inches for slack, add 60 inches for the loops and another 12 for the crossover pieces. you may have some left over. make sure you request one piece without cuts from Strapworks! _________________ There is NO Orange Mafia |

I round up for myself and get 5 yards. I am also a giant. If you're a giant giant, you may want more, but 5 yards will work for a giant. _________________

Well seems I didn't quite get enough... ; / I'm not quite sure how their quantity works... I have enough for the strap from the chest to the back, but not enough for the loops...
I'm about 6ft but slender so... Looks like I have to order a bit more then I can make my harness... Thinking I'll velcroe it to my flight suit but I dunno when that will be in... ; / _________________ "In ancient times, men built wonders, laid claim to the stars and sought to better themselves for the good of all. i typically allot 12-14 feet per person. I also make the waist belt for the person so it all matches. I purchase my rolls 100 feet at a time. i find that when its all said and done, that usually is enough. 28" leg loops x2 plus 12-14" crotch strap, the long vertical strap, and wasit belt plus 12" for securing the belt.
if you purchased the Silver Grey Heavyweight Polypropylene 2" from Strapworks, i can send you a hunk to cover it. _________________ Once I was Dewka, but now I'm just G'nott sH'urr
