The original tutorial got lost in the mists of time. You can still find it on the Yahoo Groups tutorial page.

I got a roll of 2" Olive Drab cargo strap at the Army surplus store.
1 - 1" PVC coupler
2 - 1/2" PVC couplers
1 - 1/2" male pipe thread adapter/hose barb ( In the sprinkler section)
Total cost, about a buck.

Cut these lengthways down the middle and hotglue the pieces together
4 - 1" PVC endcaps
2 - 1" PVC pieces 1-3/4" long

Four greeblies for your commando grenade belt for a little over 2 bucks

2- 1" caps @ .36 each
1 - 1- 1/4" coupler @ .56 each
More movie accurate than the first try

These are HUGE however, I wound up using just the endcaps. The ¾” endcaps are the wrong shape so I was stuck with the 1 inchers.
Here's what it is supposed to look like.

Here's what mine wound up looking like.

i got my 2" OD cotton webbing from WampaWear. its not in his store but I contacted him directly.

the OD green elastic webbing came from this. take it apart and you have enough for a couple of bandoliers worth of loops.
