Hello!

I'm relatively new (hubs and friends are 501st and Rebel Legion members, I'm not but am a costumer living vicariously through their troops Razz) and have read through the rules a few times, so I apologize if this post is misplaced- I'll move it right away if needed. I checked the costume thread to post items, and it seemed only to be for completed costumes. I'm just a fabric guru.

I have a knack for finding those weird hard to find Padme fabrics/props and have a few. I've already made the Black Invasion Gown for myself (the concept design version from DtG so it's not approvable for membership) and am on to a Jamilia so I don't need the other fabrics anymore.

I have the black tatting for the Invasion gown, and the gold "water stain" fabric for the underdress of her gorgeous cobalt blue velvet Senate gown- the one from the deleted scene.

-The original gold pattern is slightly rounder in the movie, it was a chintz that was popular in the 80's for curtains and throw pillows.

Does anyone need them?

The gold was actually a table cloth, go figure. The black tatting was a post-Halloween Jo-Anns find. Let me know! I know how frustrating it is not to find the right stuff. Would love to make someone's day.

Hello Smile

Thank you for sharing! I used a very similar net for my Black Decoy and if I only had money I wouldn't mind taking the golden moire-like fabric. Just in case the deleted scene outfit jumps on my wish list Razz

I think it would be good to give the yardage/amount of fabric you have Smile

Sure thing!

The gold is a 7x7 foot circle, it's a handmade tablecloth. One rectangle with rounded top and bottom, and two slim sides that are rounded to the complete the circle. It even has a groovy fringe edge, lol. The pattern runs lengthwise so it could squeak out two of the under dresses if it's only used for the front that is visible and filled in with a different fabric under the outer dress.

The black webbing for the travel gown is 2 and 3/8 yards.
