The cap shouldn't be ribbed. It would probably pass if it was ribbed, at least under the current standards, but ideally the cap would not be ribbed.

Inner shirt... I'm not sure what you mean by that. Are you talking about the shirt that's worn under the coveralls? It shouldn't matter what color it is, the shirt shouldn't really be seen... The collar goes up high enough that the shirt probably wont be visible. If it is visible for some reason I would recommend a black shirt. (Though I know that years ago I saw a B-wing pilot that had a yellow shirt exposed, but I haven't been able to find that picture again. It's been driving me crazy.)

The helmet does not need the face shield/visor. It's optional. Some helmets had it, other helmets didn't. (There are three styles of face shields, FYI.)

Yeah, the shirt color really shouldn't matter. The shirt shouldn't be seen, like I said, so it doesn't really matter what color the shirt is. If for some reason the shirt is seen, I'd suggest a black shirt... But it really shouldn't be seen, anyway.

If you use an inner shirt, make it black to play it safe. Wink

The size doesn't look too bad, but maybe a little bit long. The easiest way to get the size is cut out a 9x9" square to act as the chestbox and try to base the proportions on that. The bottom "tab" that the harness attaches to also seems to be a bit wide, you might want to narrow in the bottom of it a little. Also, don't forget the "wings" on the side!

This is the progress of the belt, the flares are enough or need more?

Looks good so far.

It doesn't matter how many flares you have, but to be accurate there should be six flare loops on the belt. You don't have to have flares in each of the loops, though.
