Hi everyone!
I have planned my painting today and this is what I done with the template I have found on the forum ! They are not conventional colors for a x-wing pilot helmet, so I want to know if it's ok? How can I improve it? Concrits are welcome Smile

Those colors work fine Lady Marylin. Our helmets are a form of self expression, so pretty much anything goes (as long as you could see it in the Death Star Trench scene).

Your design is simple and clean, and sometimes less is more. Throw in a little weathering and you've got a winner.

Have fun with it!


(and I'm always glad to see my templates getting put to good use!) =)

Thank you very much for these templates Smile They are really usefull to be ready before the hard job. I'll post some pictures when the helmet will be done! (I have not recieve it yet... Probably in one or two weeks)

The only real regulation for helmets, besides the "fits in the Star Wars theme", as Jon already mentioned, is that there can be no real world logos on it. Don't stick a McDonald's sticker on the front and expect it to pass. Don't write your name in real letters. Don't draw a flamingo on it. Things like that. Razz
