Hi,
after made some ordered helmets I had so may fun that I made a testpull of an A-Wing Pilot chestbox.I use all pictures I found here and made a woodbucket.Here is a first shot of the testpull.

Will rework few small parts on the original mold.All other parts I will made from resin.

no, I don't finished them. Since the new star wars costume book is comming I see that the original box is much differend.Another member here plan to made the correct box.

Very interested to see how yours turns out.... Our squadron member who made our current resin-cast boxes is working on an updated design too based on the new photos in "OT Costumes". Any idea what you will charge for your vacu-formed ones?

Will no longer work on them! The new resin box from Rob looks much much better.
