What types of shoes would work well as a base to Leia's Hoth boots? I was considering these that I found online (with vinyl covers that have the proper straps), since they have rather warm lining and I'd be wearing this outfit to colder events.



Any thoughts? Personally, I think they look too dark in the picture, but I've seen a few Hoth costumes where the ladies have had rather dark boots on.

i don't like the rutching on them. I'm not sure how easy that is going to be to get rid of.
