I hunted for weeks to find a source for the Obi Wan buckle, so I hope this saves someone some time.
Saberkit has them for sale--it's part of Park Sabers. He just happened to be local for me so I picked up a couple sets from him yesterday. They are awesome, and Jeff Park's a really nice guy.

My real life job is making things that look real for people that require reconstruction or replacement of missing parts. The hobby of costuming is a natural extent of my profession.
