Hi everyone!
My name is Katelyn Umberger and I am a new member of the Legion, Echo Base. I am from the Lebanon area in Pennsylvania. My fiancé, Jarred Daski, has been a member of the Legion for a while now and I have been to a few troops with him, and now I have decided to officially join myself! I am currently working on a Juno Eclipse costume - here is what I have; please let me know what you think, both good and bad.

This is a rough copy of the jacket and pants. The ones I get will be tapered. Also, there will be slots where the code cylinders would go and princess seams in back. The sleeves will go down all the way and be rolled up. The hat is trash and will not be used.

seen below

gloves

and black leather riding boots that the pic will not upload =P

The belt will come from the 501st imperial officer forum.

Welcome to echo! Glad to see you here! I'm sure there will be some members who can help you. I would also like to add that the jacket is lined and the fabric is a medium suit weight fabric. can some one please move this to a costume billed thread?

I am well versed in this costume so any help you might need shoot me a pm.

While not RL I would highly suggest looking at the IOC for some great references and tutorials.

Wally is there a costume for the 501st you don't know? I have showed her around the 501st CRL for this costume and also around the Imp. Officer forum were she is getting the belt from. Thanks for the offer though we will deff keep you in mind as we make progress.

Yes there are but I know where to go to get the info I need. Remember I do approve all costumes in Carida so I have to know;)

We currently have a Cadet that is 99.9% complete with this version of Juno so I do know it well at the moment. BTW isn't this a bad guy costume? Or should I say bad girl costume?

It's like I always tell Evil Dave...if you actually watch the END of things, you'll see why biker scouts suck.

If you actually had the skill to complete the video game, you'd know she picks the right side in the end rebelbird Laughing

Over here in the Rebellion, Juno is an Ally costume. Kellie approved her last Juno I think in early March for Sunrider Base.

She is good she looses the rank bar hat and code cylinders and leaves the empire for a better team Ben

Oh, Wally is aware of all of this. He's just getting a little senile and forgets that he's a member of the RL sometimes. Rolling Eyes

Let me see here.....Imperial Officer Uniform, complete.........Rebel Legion approved.

Han and Luke in Stormtrooper Disguise, complete......NOT Rebel Legion approved.

ROTJ Reveal Darth Vader, complete......NOT Rebel Legion approved.

Someone is able to pick and choose what Imperial Costumes the Rebel Legion approves without providing consistancy in approving all of them. it has nothing to do with being "old" at all. It is more of a lack of standards from the Leadership and the approval process. If you approve one bad guy costume you HAVE to approve them all.

Juno turns good? Oh so does Darth Vader. Why is that costume not allowed in the Rebel Legion? She lost her hat and he lost his helmet.

Hey Ryan even though I am a "nobody" over here I do know a "little" bit about cosutmes Wink

I actually agree with everything you said. It does seem arbitrary that we approve Tuskens and Juno but not TK-421 or a Vader reveal. And where do prequel Red Guards and Palpatine fall in here?

But let's not derail the thread. Sorry!

They are good guys!

Far as Tuskens they are animals so either way it really doesn't matter.

Just a fast update here, gloves will be in by end of month, boots here by Thursday, jacket and pants being made with lining and princess seams added, belt should be shipped from Joc from the impreal officer forum soon. I also got a DL-44 blaster. Juno uses them in the force unleashed 2 so thought it might be a neat thing to carry at troops.
