These members are no longer in the the Endor Base usergroup. They are still Endor Base members, but are in the Legion Archive without access to voting, event sign-ups, or legion merchandise until they update their profile with a new costume submission/new frame rejudging takes place.
DEFINITION OF ARCHIVED MEMBER FROM OUR LEGION CHARTER:

This is a member who no longer maintains one Formal costume approved after January 1, 2008. All their costumes have been designated as Informal or Archived. They must submit a costume and have it judged as Formal in order to return to Active or Reserve status.
Archive Members may not do the following:
Vote in any RL business, elections, or polls.
View or post in members only forums
Buy Rebel Legion merchandise.
Attend LFL sanctioned events as a representative of Rebel Legion |
Our goal is to have zero archived members - we want you all back to active or reserve status again so you can sign up for events with us! If you are on this list and would like to come out of "Archive" status back to full member status, please do the following to get your account up to date and out of archive:
1) Take pictures in your original costume, or a brand new costume. Be sure to reference our costume standards first to make sure you are taking photos of all the required elements for your costume.
2) Log in using your original account (If you are having troubles accessing your original account, please contact the Base CO, XO, or the LCO/LXO so they can look up your account and reset your password).
3) Once logged in, go to the "My Costumes" blue text link at at the top left side of the forum page under "Forum and Costume Controls."
4) Add in your old (or brand new) costume as if it is a new costume so the LCJs can review it for accuracy, completeness, and craftsmanship before giving you an updated photo frame.
5) Once you have your new photo frame approved, please inform your Base CO or XO so they can contact a member of council to pull you out of the Archive usergroup and adjust your status.
