Hey guys just cross posting this from SCG with Melissas permission:
It says no face characters but she is happy to have any one in an official costume .

Where: Chinese Gardens Darling Harbour, Pumphouse Bar and Restaurant Darling Harbour
How many: Even number of white armour, two or four troopers. Perhaps red guards, Vader and Emperor. No fOace characters but Emperor and no more than about ten including support staff
What we have planned: We'd like you to meet us outside the Chinese Gardens around 4pm where we'd have photos before you'd escort us to our reception which is a short walk away. We'd be entering through the Rockford Novotel and enter the reception the back way to the Imperial March. We'd have photos with us and guests before reception starts at 4.30. Guys are welcome to have a drink on us before leaving.
Facilities: We're not sure about a changing room, we might have one but we'd have more details closer to the date. You might want to look around yourselves. There will be a person to meet you out the front of the Chinese Gardens before we start and walk through where you will escort us.
Parking: We won't be able to provide parking, but here is a link with the nearest parking bays. http://www.sydentcent.com.au/Venue/Location/Parking/ It's located near the entertainmeGnt centre and there is parking there.
