As I've posted in Rebel Pilots section (http://www.rebellegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=44030), I made some adds to my pilot costume, turning me into Farghul, in my opinion the coolest feline Star Wars species (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Farghul).
The adds contain cat-like ears, tail, gloves with claws and some jewellery. And, of course, face painting. Doing them, I've patterned upon Jan Duursema's drawings ("Republic: Show of Force"), images from "Alien Antology" (Wookieepedia) and our beloved cat's face markings Mr. Green:

The "pilot part" of this costume is the same as in my human pilot costume and I've written about it in Rebel Pilot section. So, the "Farghul part":
1. Face painting:

2. Ears:

I made the framework with headband, wire and some stiff sponge. Then I covered it with sheep fur outside and something-like-suede inside. The top tufts and the hair on the inner edge are fur from the old granny's silver fox Mr. Green . The ears are very comfortable and cover my own very good.

3. Tail:

I made it with the old plastic shover pipe Mr. Green and some sponge and covered it with the same fur as the ears. The tail is fastened to belt with velcro and I put them under my clothes (and yes, I've had to do special hole in my flightsuit). The effect is... realistic, and I can feel and react when someone tries to pull my beautiful tail!

4. Paws & claws:

The paws are made with fine leather clothes covered with fur. The inner side is painted with orange and brown drawing ink. The claws are made with Poxilina (epoxy putty) with wire inside and are really sharp! The paws are rather comfortable and I can do many things wearing them (e.g. take photos, pick up small elements, use computer and even pay in the shop!)

5. Jewellery:

The bracelets and the diadem are made with plastic (HIPS) and painted gold. Design is patterned upon South America art.

We have very few feline costumes in RL (especially, this wonderful Togorian Jedi!) and there's no Farghul yet. So, the question is: may I register my "kitty" as a formal costume?

All your details look great! I'm really impressed by the gloves in particular.
