I could not help when watching that video how funny it would have been if you would have stopped about half-way in for a slow (normal speed) sip of coffee... then continue hooking...

Nice work so far.

Thanks Marcus!
I've only lived in England and Texas, so the only NFL team I follow is the Cowboys - other than my fantasy players of course.

Other than that, it's the Dallas Stars, Chelsea, Mavs, etc...

I love the time laps video, makes me feel like going home and trying to finish my latch hooking Smile Its cool that you are able to do it on just a maniquin leg, that must make things easier, I'm still doing it by clipping it to the top of a chair and such. It's looking good I cant believe how thick you are making it! wow, makes my chewbacca look skinny and thin Smile But "Thats Tarful" Cant wait to see more...

oh, and sorry about the cowboys Smile GO BRONCOS!

Thanks mate!
and - good luck in the playoffs! Peyton has been fun to watch this year. Picking up Knowshon late in the season proved to be a good thing as well. - Helped me win my FFB championship this year.

- Jerry can only live so long. We'll be good then!

One leg done. I know this isn't a great pic, but it shows just how long the pants are.

Love your regular updates. I'm learning from and with you and it keeps me inspired to keep latching.

Thanks for sharing.

Great work.

Im getting ready to start building a Chewie and I was wondering how you put on the pants over the feet when you will be suiting up.

I haven't built the feet yet but that is something that I'm keeping in mind for the build.

Thanks man! The pants can roll up fairly easily, so it will probably require sitting on something around table height, while I put the stilts on. Then, I should be able to drop the pants down over the stilts. the pants (or at least the hair on them) will go all way to the bottom of the feet. The feet have hair on them as well, to make sure that I never fully expose the feet, except for the toes. Smile

Just a small update on the pants progress.
One leg is finished and the other is in the works. They are about the same length as my height. 5'10" - 5'11".

Grabbed one of these to help hang the pants on while I hooked away:

I hate getting dressed in the dark...

This was my friend's mask when I officiated a wedding as a TK back in August, 2012.
