Seeing as these are needed for both B Wing and A Wing pilots, is there a source for these? Repros?

Alex, most people find the AN-H-15 (a) on ebay (where they're $$ and go fast), or (b) make their own. I don't think anyone's made a pattern to share with the public though.

Here's a google search page for it...
http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=AN-H-15&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

You could talk to Donna (Grey Jedi) in Sunrider, I know she's got a Endor Trooper softcap pattern that might be convertable to what you're looking for.

This is what I used to make my first cloth cap for my B-wing pilot. The Endor cap is, as far as I can tell, just an AN-H-15 with a hard bill and some other small changes, so the pattern works just fine. Just don't add the hard bill, put on a chin strap and snaps, black ear covers, and voila.

If you buy an Endor cap, I think the top cloth ribbing needs removed as well.

I believe there is a pattern for soft caps that the endor troopers use in Phyllis' Endor Bunker Endor Trooper Yahoo Group.
