Well, the Clone Wars is pure canon, so I don't see why not. But you would have to look like him, or else you would look like just another Mando Merc. And they are bad guys. So, it's kind of a Luke/Han in stormtrooper gear situation.

Well now careful there Tag,

There are people who make Luke costumes who have beards. It's the costume...not the face.

However we don't allow Luke and Han as stormtroopers even though they are good guys so I'm not sure there going to allow Obi-Wan dresed as a Mando cause it's obviously a disguise or something he needed.

Well besides I think there should be two different references in order to be acceptable, and for the moment there is only one, the trailer of season 5, so we might have to wait till Hasbro for example make some figure, am I right??

It would be nice that the RL costume judges could clarify this for us all.

That's only if the source is not from the films or TV show, but the Clone Wars is 100% canon, so it's generally automatically acceptable (this particular costume being a unique situation). As far as authenticity though, the series is on the same level as the 6 films.

I'm looking forward to this episode and I think Kenobi looks pretty "wizard" in Mando armor. However, is it suitable for RL formal/informal status?

I'm not the Legion Membership Officer, however . . . Kenobi in disguise would be extremely similar to Han and Luke in a stormtrooper disguise: those costumes are not acceptable for Rebel Legion membership.

Jason's got it right... I noted this in another thread as well. This won't be accepted in the RL.
