I'm in the process of creating my first ever costume in hopes of attending the upcoming Celebration VI in Orlando in Aug. 2012. It's Padme's parade gown at the end of Episode I.

I'm still working on the pedals, so the one pictured below is only showing the "test" pedals pinned on the bottom of the cape.

So far, this is what I've got - tell me what you think.

Crushed tulle in four different sizes, dyed pink and yellow. The tulle didn't take the dye that well, but I was going for subtle color, so it worked out okay.
