Here are my submission pics. I will need to photoshop in my blade but all in all I am pleased. These will just be for informal status. I have food capsules on the way but still need to make my robe and get a couple patches.

Thoughts?

Actually, the judges handle the blade effect work and backgrounds.

(I may have missed this previously in the thread, if so, apologies!) Your first costume in joining the Legion must be formal - are these just images for our reference before submission? Do you have the extra items required to make it formal? I didn't see any pouches on your belt is why I ask. Do you have a robe? The inner tunic counts as one optional item, so you only need two more. Since your capsules are on the way, that'll be #2.

I (and a lot of others on the board) got a great quality robe from Mystik Merchant. Very good stuff, reasonable and well machined. I bought the unhemmed version at a discount and finished it myself.

I like the design, the fit... looks great, man!

I had a legion approved Vader that I retired so this would technically be my second costume. I do not yet have a robe or pouches as of yet. I didn't realize that I have to make it formal for admission. If it helps my I'd is SL-8337

Thanks

No problem, mate... it's in the Charter here: http://www.rebellegion.com/about_charter.php#2

And membership requirements read:

The applicant's first costume for submission must be one that is considered a Formal, professional grade Star Wars costume that qualifies as a Rebel, Hero, Creature, Rebel supporter, or good guy character.

Hope that helps.
Mark

Got my food capsules in the mail yesterday. They aren't exact but close enough they should be just fine.

Here they are on my belt, I think they look great.

Found a couple 6.00 pouches at the surplus store and rearranged my belt. I thi they look good and will work well. This should take care of it and I can finally submit for formal status.

Woo hoo!

Just a note...

No need to photoshop in your blade. The graphics folks will do it for you. Simply say what color your blade is when you submit.
