Hi everyone !
I've started my costume project last month.

Unfortunately it's impossible to find chest box, flak vest and helmet in Turkey.
I also could'nt find orange flightsuit so I bought overall.
I'll sew the upper thigh, arm pockets and flak vest.
I have a problem with backside pockets Neutral
I must unsew those pockets.
I hope there won't be any trace !

If you take your time with a stitch ripper you should leave no trace of the pockets at all...

I steam ironed those afterward, erases the tiny traces.

Your vest is looking very good. You have kept the spaces between the "ribs" close, and the shoulder straps are short.

These two details are what make the difference in 90% of the submissions we get. If you look at

http://ladymanson.com/galleries/movies/MoviesRS/displayimage.php?pid=104916&fullsize=1

you can see how closely spaced the ribs are - the space between each rib is about the same as rib itself.

This keeps the vest short. As we can see on all three actors, who have at least a 4" to 5" height difference between them, it runs from about the shoulder to barely under the arm.

Also note that the chestbox is worn low - the top is close to the bottom of the "gap". With an accurate sized vest, the bottom strap is below the vest.

For CVI, I removed about 6" from my shoulder straps to get a better fit.
