I am starting a Han build for a friend of mine, who is a TK but I think he would be great to have in the RL as Han. I was looking to put together the Death Star Escape version, since he already has a TK belt, holster and blaster. However, I am puzzled by a couple of the costume requirements:

4. Black leather belt punctured entirely with rows of three holes and a two-prong buckle)
6. Accurate leather gunbelt and buckles with capped holster, correct tools and proper droid caller

Looking at the movie last night, Han doesn't appear to be wearing either of these; only the stormtrooper belt and holster. The black belt may be hidden under the stormtrooper belt, but he definitely isn't wearing the brown leather gunbelt and holster. Even the action figure reflects this.

Why would these two belts be required?

A reference photo:

Hello ...

you are right ...

... Han Solo is not wearing accurate leather gunbelt and buckles with capped holster, correct tools and proper droid caller in those scenes Wink

BUT

... Han Solo is wearing black leather belt punctured entirely with rows of three holes and a two-prong buckle in those scenes - it is poorly ... but still visible in HD ... Smile

For example here (if you zoom ... you can even see rows of holes Wink ):

LCJ know about it ... and I think, that "issue related to gunbelt" will be fixed after "standards frozen zone" will finish Smile

The three hole belt is the second most important part of the costume and cannot be left out - it keeps your pants from falling down!

I always thought the gunbelt and accessories was an understandable copy and paste typo though.

This scene is one of the biggest continuity problems in Star Wars...what I want to know is if Han and Luke were wearing the full stormtrooper outfits, how in the world did they get their own clothes on and worse yet, how did they get their boots back??? They should have left all that stuff back on the Falcon when they dressed up in the armor...

Their clothes and boots were all in Chewie's bag on the end of his bandolier. Wookies as a species are known galaxy wide as expert folders.

Lol, nice one Greg! Laughing

I'd actually never thought of where they'd put their clothes though!

Over the years I always just dismissed logic and went with the over the clothes thing but never thought about the boots at all. There is no way to explain it at all of course. In Chewies bag makes the most sense. I guess its bigger then it looks. Oh well, its Star Wars

For those of us familiar with D&D... Chewie's bag is really a Bag of Holding, an inter-dimensional holding space for all the junk he collects.
