Hi all!

I am in the process of building an Ewok for a friend, if it turns out, I may want to make one for myself! Wanted to get some feedback on what I have done so far. Not done by any stretch, but it's a start....Thanks!! Smile

Needs weathering

Would want to see up close of eyes, mouth, etc before I give a further opinion

Here is a better view of the head. The part under the nostril area is being changed to black otherwise, I was considering this finished..minus the weathering... What do you suggest I use for weathering?

Thanks! Smile

Sorry I didn't respond again.

Often for weathering you can just mist with spray paint (black and brown) to give it that "dirty" look. Also, ewok fur isn't teddy bear soft. It should look like it has been through the forest.

The headgear should also be somewhat tattered.

Thanks!

I used a heavily modified construction helmet and attached a mask to the front of it so I had some place to attach the fur, nose and mouth...it worked really well, has a lot of room for fresh air.

I realized never posted the finished product. Since it was for a friend, and not for club submission, I didn't weather it, I left it for them to do. I am now in the process of making myself one, and I will be weathering it and doing a few things differently. Smile
