Bob, I think your moderator powers should allow you to move this topic to the R/S forums.

Okay so here are the exact book/comics that Targeter specifically shows up in:
■The Last Command (first time she shows up)
■Allegiance (no images)
■X-wing: Rogue Leader (no images)
■X-wing Rogue Squadron: The Rebel Opposition
■X-wing: Wedge's Gamble

There are more than enough for a Formal Consideration.
The problem is images. This image which is mostly seen is not the same as the one in the book, the book ones are much simpler:

I found these images in the comics so you could try and blend the two or make one costume off of the image above, or the images below:

Winter Celchu - Targeter Multiple Views by Two Jedi Brothers, on Flickr

Winter Celchu - Targeter back belt and helmet by Two Jedi Brothers, on Flickr

Winter Celchu - Targeter full front by Two Jedi Brothers, on Flickr

Winter Celchu - Targeter right side by Two Jedi Brothers, on Flickr

I hope these help you!

My apology's for putting it in the fringe, I wasn't quite sure were to place it, but you are all correct she should be in the Royalty/Senatorial.

Okay That just about covers every thing I needed to catch up on. I will try to be more with it and active on my own thread in the future. My Profuse apology's. Smiley Rose whack

Yeah thats what I thought. You have enough references here to make her a formal costume, problem would be since the images are different does that make it too complicated and thats why they have only passed it as an informal costume?
I thought you could use the image at the top, the one you wanted to make in the first place and maybe just add the belt pouches from the other images. The rest is too different I think...
I bet you would be passed as formal for sure though (because you'd have 5 different comic books and regular books to reference) if you went with the comic book images with the endor-like helmet... course, I don't know if the costume is as cool....
