lol...
yes..
I can be a pain in the butt when I want to be...

but..
again..
some of the extra things I bought years ago were for our Base...and before I sell some of that stuff off elsewhere...
I wanted to make sure that anyone here at NSB who was interested in doing one of the Trooper costumes got a chance to snap up some essentials at some really bargain rates..

Wink

and
generally speaking..
no..
RFTs don't usually carry lightsabers..

I probably won't do an RFT until next year but I'd be happy to buy parts, especially the shirt if they're going to be hard to come by and you have the stuff to make one now.

I will try to remember to look and see what I have...and bring along a couple of shirts if you would like to try on ...I will bring the shirts and the blaster to the parade tomorrow...in case you will be able to make the parade.

depending on what fits you..
I will modify the shirt with the bibb...
I use two shirts...one gets cut to make the shirt bibb...
but I have two packs of shirts for only $15.00...
like a drum with a hole in it..
you can't beat it..

Very Happy

been a busy bee...

besides the "art" project for Jody for the MWG shooting range...

I got John's shirt done (complete with snaps)
and
Jim's shirt done... (no snaps)

Got one jacket modified...
it was one I had in my stash...
and since I had the *#^^$!((*& sewing machine out...figured I would get a jacket done also...I have a second BDU jacket in the stash..same size as the one pictured below..

don't know if it will fit you John...
but..
should fit you Jim....

I do all the BDU jackets with the correct pockets on the back...most other RFT's don't bother with that because it is not required......but I think they should always be on there because you can see a hint of pockets in the back in the screen captures..

lol...one thing that an RFT costume has is LOTS of pockets..

Very Happy

It is a medium...
but they seem to run large and I note that a lot of the RFT costumes I have judged that it looks like the applicants are swimming in thier BDU jackets...
I have found that because you remove the collar and the sleeves that you can actually use a size or two smaller than what you normally use...

what I am going to do is bring it along...
if it fits you..
then cool...
I only paid about $15.00 for the jacket ....so for only $30.00 you will have a complete shirt and vest..
I have a second un-modified vest that I can use for Jim...

if it doesn't fit...
at least you will know approximately what size to buy..
