I wish I had the patience to paint my entire body like that. That's absolutely beautiful job, I can believe you got it that even and the lekku turned out so realistically! Shocked

oh gosh, sorry I did not say thank you for your comments sooner! I have Issues with checking the forums (for some reason clicking "view new posts" causes my netbook conniptions so I miss a lot of new posts...)

Thank you again Smile I have been sorting out costume pieces and found what I had cut recently to rework this costume:

It's been put aside for a while as I am debating making the movie version as I have fabric for the skirt and just need to hunt out the leather for the tabard. Also I have been a bit busy making a very stupid Bounty Hunter costume.
Hmmm I wonder if I could do a generic Togruta jedi....

If they ever do a live action version of The Force Unleached, Lucas definitely needs to call you for the part of Shaak Ti. Razz

Agreed! This is super impressive! Not only does it look awesome, all the work you put into it... and I can't imagine how heavy that headset would be... smart to make it weigh less the second time. You've got us as back up when they do casting for the movie Luke

Thank you Smile

I am hoping to redo these really soon, luckily I just need to do a little repair to molds Smile

lol! I am very far from what would be wanted but I admit I would love to play a chibi Togruta should there ever be a chance Smile I think Orli was what 5'11" ? I'm 5'6" tall enough on the con floor though Wink

I have to hunt out my inks so I can weather those pieces above, I think I put them with my pencils which is clearly logical thinking...

Oh the belt is partly new partly old Smile I was lucky to find oval shaped beads used for bracelet making that were a good match size wise for the buttons I used for the belt in the first place. I may have to do a little adjustment to allow getting into and out of it (maybe a clasp in the back).

I thought I'd already commented on this. Oops.

Really really awesome work. It looks so amazing. Hopefully you get to wear it again at some point.

Thank you all again Smile

Hopefully I can wear it again for Melbourne Armageddon, but the body paint is making me make hurumph noises as I pout and say I don't wanna.

I can help with the paint. Smile

I'd really really love to see you in it again. Mainly so I can take lots of photos of you in it. :p

A most excellent Shaak Ti! Cool

And that lightsaber build? Boss. 100% pure awesome. I'd love to know more about how you assembled it...
