EVENT: Multi-Group Sewing Party - Sacramento - every 3rd Wed

Some Sacramento area costuming groups would like to get together once a month to work on costumes, share ideas and socialize. Here are the details from the organizer.

Hey, Cosplayers, got stuff to sew? Want to get to know other costumers? Want to learn and share sewing and costuming tips and trips? Want to share your craft ideas & show off your costumes?

Be you Trekkie, pirate, Steampunker, Villain, Amtgard, Klingon, Star Wars fanboy, Rebel Legion, Lolilta, Vampire, Anime Cosplayer, or whatever, you're welcome to join us for the multi-group Sewing Party, every third Wednesday, 6 til 9 pm! (Next one March 16.)

At Great Escape Games Store on 1250 Howe Ave (#3A, tucked back behind the shopping center in the southwest corner), Sac. http://www.greatescapegames.com/

Bring your sewing supplies and/or sewing machines if you have any, and of course your sewing projects, especially any costume projects. Don't have any sewing to do? Craft projects also welcome.

Or just come to watch and learn! We may even have special guests sometimes!

Great Escapes has plenty of tables and chairs in their big back room, but please note we'll be sharing the space so please be respectful of that.

No outside food allowed, but drinks/snacks sold in the store.
