Wow, this is awesome. The person that made the mask and hands for you did an incredible job. I love the saber too.

Thanks. I can discuss it with the LMO. I'm not sure but we can at least see.

The tail is based on a wolftronix design - http://www.wolftronix.com/tail/spine.htm I basically followed that and made some improvements Smile And its fine *lol* I wasnt offended XD

Jada, Mieal- Thank you Smile

Here are the reference images I intended to put fourth. They are from a series of LFL approved comics, book covers and figurines.

Based on the below images of Togorian Males such as Mezgraf and Muuurgh. I found that Togorians seem to be generally represented as a lion like, with a bit of a mane and chin fluff, large eyes, long pointed ears and a flattish forehead-nose profile.. Their colours and markings vary between individuals, but Qin has pale and very slight tiger striping (similar to Muuurgh) She does have quite large teeth (not shown since her mouth is currently closed.. will take other photos when I get her) and long pale coloured claws.

I will note that she appears to have 4 ears, she doesnt, but they are scarred up and split from injuries during her youth. Their point was the sharpest we could come to given limitations of material and real life *lol*

Beautifully crafted pieces. Wow! Very Happy

This is a canon species, so as long as you meet the requirements for the generic Jedi (Old or New Republic), you should be fine. This costume would fall into the Jedi category once it's complete.

What do you plan to do for the legs and feet? Will they be covered by your robes?

Thanks Jada! Smile

Thank you Tatooine! That is great news! Smile She's to be NR hopefully, and I have all parts needed to be formal (3 from list etc etc)

I have long black boots for the feet. Q does a wonderful set of digitigrade feet which require the wearer to balance on the ball of their foot constantly.. they look very elegant, but are very difficult to stay comfortable in. She can do other feet that give the illusion of a paw, but they arent recommended for use as shoes and would get filthy and un-realistic with under 6 months of wear unless wearing 'sandals' to protect their pawpads. I opted for boots as they will give me a greater range of movement and keep up the illusion a lot longer than dirty fur feet *lol* I hope this is okay.

That looks awesome. Great job on it! Smile

One thing, though... You want to put a tail on it, correct? But it doesn't look like Togorians have a tail. Granted I don't know much about that race, but going by the pictures on Wookieepedia, and the references you posted above, I don't see tails on any of them. Razz

Hmm, I wonder if there is a way for you to perhaps build on the boots to give the illusion that the feet are proportionate. I know that Rebel Alliance Barbie did some work using Apoxy or Amazing Sculpt to make the heel and other parts of the boot for her Tenel Ka costume. I'll have to see if I can come up with some pics.

*lol* Yes, I did notice that, they dont seem to have tails!

Ah well, can use that for other costumes perhaps Smile

Jada, I'd be interested to see Smile

I guess the other factor is that we only have images of the Males.. females are supposed to be a lot more technologically advanced and enjoy modern comforts (maybe like shoes) whilst the males prefer to be feral hunters *lol*

I'm going to look through my Jedi vs. Sith book and see if I see anything else as far as reference material.

I'm truly amazed by the pictures you provided. I see a great costume coming here. I'm very much interested to see your progress here.

Really? Is there any known Togorian Jedis? I ask this because there was issues with Trianii Jedi. Trianii is a formal/canon species, but Trianii Jedi is a non canon/informal character. Excuse was that there is no any known Trianii Jedis.

Tapio,

You should PM the LMO with your questions and not derail an existing thread.
