Well, they're no accurate RL costumes. Wink But Naergi has already mentioned it, so I thought you might be interested.

Geek modus on.

For Celebration Europe II a bunch of RL and 501st girls created a fun costume special:
The Star Wars Disney Princess Group
A Star Wars Ladies / Disney Princesses costume crossover.

Featuring (left to right):
- Shaak Tiana (Shaak Ti / Tiana from Kiss the frog): Lady Marvellin, Benelux Base
- Padmariel (Padmé Naberrie / Ariel from Little Mermaid): Ayana
- Aurine Kryze (Satine Kryze / Aurora from Sleeping Beauty): Melody, my little sister
- Snow Breha (Breha Organa / Snow White): Naergi
- Aaylahontas (Ayla Secura / Pocahontas): Lon Secura, Benelux Base
- Rapunzoka (Ahsoka Tano / Rapunzel from Tangled): Sinya
- Marida (Mara Jade / Merida): Ruby
- Cindeleia (Leia Organa / Cinderella): Nimé
- Jasmoola (Oola / Jasmine from Aladdin): Verena (501st)
- Bellidala (Queen Amidala / Belle from Beauty and the Beast): Lady Elinor

Actually Mulabé (Sabé / Mulan, Lin) and Artoo-Tink-Too (R2-D2 / Tinkerbell, Troopergirl) were missing, but are part of the group. Wink

That's my part (Cindeleia):

And I also made my sister's costume for this group (Aurine Kryze):

Yes, I know, we're crazy. Mr. Green

Geek modus off.

If they let us have the park for one night like they did in 2010, that would be awsome to see a group photo in front of the castle!

These are great!! Smile Some of my friends and I wanted to do Slave Leia versions of Disney Princesses for Dragon Con. I got this red peachskin skirt to do a Slave Jasmine version of slave leia Smile I know it may sound silly...but its fun to do cross overs once in a while Smile Also, I did a sketch of Star Wars girls as disney princesses. Leia was herself (since she is often referred to as the new disney princess) Padme was Belle, Sintas was Jasmine, Juno was Cinderella, Guri was Aurora, Mara Jade was Ariel, and so on..it was fun! Smile

Well, I'm a huge Disney fan despite all the criticism and we thought a crossover was just an obvious idea, so we started planning the SWDPG right after the Disney deal has been revealed last year... Wink

Cool, do you still have it?

Actually, a part of our SWDPG made another fun group costume project for CE II: The Rainbow Slave Leia Bellydancers.
We danced to a selfmade song in front of the Jabba prop... Wink
Why? Six girls of SWDPG are members of fantasy bellydance group Noreia (Sinya, Ayana, Melody (singer), Ruby, Nimé, Lady Elinor). Mr. Green

That is awesome!!

It's kind of funny...the same weekend as CEII, my local Zoo had a Pirate and Princess party for the kids. They encourage not just the kids to dress up but also the adults, too. I threw something together quickly for myself for this (my son had a pirate costume already from last Halloween), and it was a cross between a Disney princess and R2D2 Amadalia I don't have pictures right now, as my son was being a 3-1/2 year old excited about a trip to the zoo in costume Laughing , but I will get some photos soon.

Great job ladies!! Amadalia
