For some weird reason, Jon, it's saying I'm you on my last post here.

This is because you were the last person to post in the "Rogue Base" section and Jon was last to post in the public section. It is one of those things that are a little quirky in the current RL website.

I like what Jakob suggested for the Squadron. This is just a rough, I would need to refine some of it for a final, but perhaps something like these:

Nice designs Michael.

One word though, please be aware that Ra Kura's Phoenix Squadron is also in the process of working on a logo involving a "rebel bird - fire-phoenix-thingee". So, if you want to be unique ...

Not bad. Me personally, I like X-wings. Can we see what the logos would look like w/ a different ship?

I know I'm not a pilot, but how about using an E-Wing? do any other squadrons use them in their logos? Just a suggestion , since "unique" seems to be what everyone is after...

No squadron currently uses an E-wing. Then again, we're not even sure what costume an E-wing pilot uses. Laughing

As do I, where we have it in the base logo I thought I'd try some other stuff too, and Y-wings are a nice other option.

I'm trying out a snowspeeder too, thought that would be good with the region too. Will post when I can rough it out.

Agreed, but Michael how are you going to work the logo for when they want patches made? Just curious.

I vote for the Y-Wing. The land speeder doesn't make any since on that kind of logo since the idea would be that the vehicle would be in space, somewhere a land speeder can't function. My two cents at least.

The rough logos do look pretty cool though.

I think the idea behind the snowspeeder is based more on location; the fact that Rogue Base is located in an area that can get a lot of snow.

I also would still like to see this logo design with an x-wing. I think that would be my preference, even though it is a more commonly used ship. X-Wing 1

Yes, that was the idea, and something Jon pointed out when were were talking about it is the star field would still work fine as it is looking up at the SnowSpeeder, so it could just be the night sky.

A little more tweaking:
