Does anyone have the dimensions for the belt itself? I had them at one time, and got them from the Obi Wan's Jedi Academy site, but I can't find that site anymore.

http://www.padawansguide.com/leia_anh_makingof.shtml is the page for ANH Leia you have to scroll down about half the page to get to the belt section, I never really paid attention to the actual dimensions as I eyeball everything, hope the link helps

I personally would go more for the proportions rather than an exact measure. I'm just over 5ft and something that looks normal on a more average heighted lady looks like it ate my entire torso so I always scale back. In the same way someone who is 6ft or so would look like they had a shoelace around their waist wearing a belt as thin as I need to make them. So as long as the proportions are right then you should match the actual dimensions to your body.

That's what I did: proportion them to my size.

Or as anyone bought anything from here?

Claudio of CustomProps does.

Eva's belt looks very nice, if you are willing to pay that much.

You could totally make one yourself though for cheaper if you so wished. There are many tutorials online and you can also ask for advice from those of us who have already made one. Just all depends on your budget and if you just wanted to buy one pre-made or if you want to save a little and make one yourself. Smile

Yeah, if you're not afraid to make one yourself, you can save a LOT of money!

This tutorial shows how I made my belt out of vinyl/pleather:

Thanks guys

I know where the tutorials are and such however, I don't do 'make it yourself'. I just simply don't have the time and if people have the skills and want to make some money using them I support that. I have actually found a vendor whoose going to try it so we'll see what comes from that.

Thanks
