My Han Kilt made it on the top 40 pics of Dragon Con! Over all the Kilt went over very well. I got a ton of people who felt it was very creative! I enjoyed it, because I cought a ton of breezes... Laughing

I've been meaning to ask, did you make that yourself, or did you buy it (before embroidering it of course)?

I've been trying to find an orange one for a while and I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to make my own.

I've made a kilt. Once. Don't care to do that again!

You could try a MacQuarrie from Sport Kilt it's primarily orange.

I did make this kilt from scratch. I wanted to improve my sewing skills so my wife covered her eyes and let me do this one by myself. These are the only bloodstripes I own that I did not do by hand. We had gotten an embroidery machine a while back and decided to put it to use.... Worked great.

There are plans to make a clone kilt with authentic battle damage!

Was a ton of fun to make!

Bob

I just thought of something ... I hav an Imperial Knight costume (= red armor) and a kilt (= red fabric). ... If I don't forget one of those, I send you some pics with these next month. *g*

Howver, to the pics in the thread: This is great work. I'm actually stunned how many costumes would work with a kilt too. Surprised
