Hi Jason. The trouble is that for the moment I have no switch. The one before and not good, because the section of the chassis prevents placement. I meant to put a saber as your signature, but in Argentina not available and for the moment I have to buy anything else in the U.S., so it's not worth the cost of shipping.
So I have to make it.

I guess you turn it on by installing the batteries?

Does it have sound? If not, you might be able to put a switch in the pommel using one of TCSS's pommel inserts made for a switch:

There's other ways to add a switch as well....like the switch boxes that Parks Sabers sells on www.saberkit.com.

Thanks for the suggestions.
At this point, I have with the US 2.5 of TCSS . I have the incorporated into the chassis switch. With the chassis I have no room for a lot, so I have to find ways to incorporate the button occupying less space inside the hilt, almost nothing would.
These buttons are very good, but considering the cost of shipping, I'll wait
to buy something else, like to cut costs.
Still I have in mind a Sith lightsaber.

PS: I hope to be giving me to understand, sorry for my english
