although I have never used them for lightsabers,
"Rockbag"(tm) has an assortment of duffle-bags intended for drum/percussion hardware which are tall enough to hold lightsabers. (the tallest are meant to carry the "hi-hat" stand - along with 50lbs of assorted hardware and cymbal stands). Cool
