Sorry my English is not good

The idea was born when I saw in the forum of 501st kryat clan a subject referring to the accessories for jawa in which made this beauty:

It is very difficult at the moment to find a helmet of droid of protocol so being useful that jawas is scrap dealers because we will do a chassis taking like reference the scheme of Episode 1

I could not either document everything from the beginning but he is very simple I used as it bases a head of unicel of Woman, this because with cables it increased the volume and we do not want that droid seems another thing less! for the neck it uses a hose terminal for plastic washing machine. I united the neck at the top using plastiloca so that to secat it did " candado" and not safe easily, later I surrounded unicel with masking covers, covering it with 2 or 3 layers.

it saturates of resin the tape to give greater consistency him and paints with spray black mate and giving small brisados in aluminum now with dremell

I made infinity of holes by all the unicel where I was placing cables of colors until covering most I was placing, them without following a landlord but trando with which it was covered uniformly. The details of the face estan styrene facts in several layers the diverse details are easy to locate like taparroscas tubitos of pvc, foamy etc. up to here I go!

Shortly but advances!

For the eyes…. I found in walmart lamps of leds for closet

We will replace the requirement of 3 batteries AAA by one of 9V, perfect one! it works!

For the marks, a tube of PVC of 1 1/2"

For the grids styrene strips of 2mm approximately

Painted

Very good!

For the interior we will use foam to mount the circuit

For the external view it enmeshes textile

Ready!!!

For the battery we will make a hollow and we sealed unicel with white glue and hope to that it dries

Already almost this ready one!

Nice.

But you probably should not use a 9V battery when the original light only used 4.5V (1 AAA battery - 1.5Vx3=4.5V). I hope you don't burn out the LEDs.
