Peasant Padme Ep1 hair

Ok i have made a peasant padme costume which looks really good except im have some slight difficulty on making the bun at teh top of teh head.

I recently perchased a hair tie, hair extension which is the perfect length (fake hair), but im unsure on how to make the best use out of it.

And thought i would give a heads up that im crap at making plats

You will get lots of practice as there are many braids in this hairstyle.

I used a half wig for mine, but I think the idea will be similar for you.

My hair

I pulled the wig back into a ponytail, then twisted it into a normal bun. I took two short, fat braids (you could get away with one longer one) of extensions and wound them the bun. I sewed it in, but you would have to secure with hair pins. The braid loops were two more long braided extensions. I tucked them under the bun and secured them.
