Our local Fan Force, The Hoosier Alliance, was contacted to help with events for Wonderlabs Space Trek Week. The have community partner days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I sent an email to Mr. Starkey, but was unsure if he got it or not. If its not appropriate for me to post this info, please delete this. Anyhow, I do know that Bloodfin has this up as an event as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is additional information.


Name of Program: Space Trek: A Galactic Science Adventure
Program type: Spring Break "Virtual Vacation" Week
Coordinator: Staci

Day: Tues, March 17-Sat, March 21
Time: Varies, see details below for day¹s activities
Location: Varies, see details below for day¹s activities
Cost: Free w/ admission unless otherwise indicated

Target age group: Elementary and middle school
Educational Focus: Space

Program Dept Description: 3-2-1-Blast-off for an awesome space adventure!
All week WonderLab will take you on a virtual vacation into space through
hands-on activities, special guests, and lots of cool, cosmic surprises!!
Experience the feeling of walking on the moon, test your "Jedi" skills, ride
a real hovercraft, find out what it would be like to camp out on Pluto, peek
at the sun through a solar telescope, touch a real meteorite, and much, much
more!

Here is the info for that day:

Time: 12-4:30
Location: Gallery, AB
Cost: Free w/ admission

Target age group: elementary, middle school
Educational Focus: Astronomy, Sci-Fi
Program Dept Description: It's your last chance to take a vacation in
space, so blast on over today for tons of out of this world fun! Activities
include: ride a real hovercraft, explore a space cave to discover what might
lurk inside, meet real space scientists and enthusiasts and more. You will
even earn your Space Explorer badge!

I didn't get a chance to meet the x-wing pilot who made it out. Just wanted to say thank you for making it! I was stuck in the photo comic room for the duration. Hopefully I will get another chance to meet you in the future.
