It is a Sterilite "locker" tote...
measures 30" x 18" x 14"
It came in screaming blue...
I used paints for plastic.....
the store I went to didn't carry "Fusion"....so I used the Rustoleum for Plastic paint...the "rough finish" Rustoleum paint...
painted the entire thing tan first...
then used a hunter green and black for the "camo".....leaving some of the tan show through..
lastly ...I used the tan again to put the Rebel insignia on it...
and...
best of all...
It has wheels!!

Yes, totes should have wheels!
I'm looking at a huge Stanley locker, but it's about $60. _________________ www.blackburn-photography.com

Here are the handles Jim created...thanks again!
I am not sure how to attach these yet as they are solid and heavier than the handle I made on the original pack which was glued to the fabric cover. It probably can be bolted but then their comes the issue with the fabric. Do I want to cut a hole through the fabric. Back to the drawing board with this one! hhmmm!

I got my backpack kit in today. It looks great! I'd work on it this weekend, but I'm heading out the door to go camping. Have a great weekend, and thanks, Angelo!!! _________________ www.blackburn-photography.com

It's a stencil. See the slight over spray? It also looks a little asymmetrical. _________________

Yes...
it is a home made stencil...
I simply downloaded the Alliance insignia...
then blew it up on the xerox machine...
traced it on an old file folder...
cut it out...
and
voila! _________________

I didn't see that I posted this with the build. Here is the tube that I used on my pack. These should be in WM or B i g l o ts. They are the small hand pumps. _________________ _______________________

Cool pics! Once I get my Jedi approved, I'm gonna start working on an Endor trooper... I think I'll be the first in my area! _________________ “Had a slight weapons malfunction, but everything's perfectly alright now. We're fine, we're all fine... here... now... thank you. How are you?” |

If you are not already a member...
you will find help for the Endor Commando here:
http://movies.groups.yahoo.com/group/endorbunker/
I did finally finish my Endor backpack and wore it a couple times, have to admit that it held together very well and I bumped into a lot of things and had it on non-stop for about 8 hours...it never got to be a problem.
Also finished the "bunker blaster" a while back:
And was currently working on a replica ANH-15 for someone else.
Endor Commando is not an easy costume to do...so...plan on it taking you quite a bit of time. _________________
