Also, liked the boot and shin guards that have been shown on here. It really makes me want to try and make these myself.

If you end up pricing out the materials and find that it's too much of a PITA to pull off, let me know since I offer the parts at a reasonable price.

Does anyone have the size and number of metal squares on the arm bands? In the process of making them and can't find a size or how many are on each band.
If anyone knows can you PM me.

Thanks

I don't know the number, but here's a nice picture of the front of the band, I can see 4 plates, so something tells me there might be 6. You'll have to copy and paste: http://www.padawansguide.com/padme/white/Mace-Padme-Ani-Obi.jpg

Size would be dependent on the size of the arm they are being made for because they should be proportional to the wearer.

There are 7 on Natalie. If you have an extremely small arm of 10" or less, then go with 6 plates. If you have an arm of 14+, go with 8.

Thanks for the information. I'll measure and size to her arm, then go from there.

Those look really good, actually! Stick an overlay on them or just cover up the stretch panels and you are set!

I wrote a description of how I made my Geonosis hairstyle some time ago and now I can show the finished costume! Still don't have any pictures without a cloak, but they are coming soon, I hope)

And thanks a lot to Mosi for the belt and the shin guards! They are so awesome!) Made me enjoy doing the rest of the costume much more! Smile
