In Clone wars season 4 episode 13 Escape from Kadova there is a Togruta gouvernour (Rathiki something) whom Ashoka and her master help to free from slavery - Do you know if he has a costume standard and or is aprovable? I can not track down a link to his costume standards.

any "good guy" character from the series is acceptable IF you can find enough reference images to depict the entire costume.

( front/back (head-to-toe); left/right sides; etc.)

The guy to the right is whom I ment to but I could not get any good screen photos of him.

I know he would not be a Jedi since he is more of a Rebel support guy but apart from most of the Togrutas I have been eyeing he is more my age and gender if we count away that he is a bit more slim than I am.

The trouble costume wise is that he is not within any of the standard (Jedi, trooper etc) costume areas where you can get the costume aproved and then ad the species specific for Togrutas.

But it is the kind of character I had in mind when I thought about "Generic elder Togruta character" at one point.

Do we know if he is in any other story arch than the slave one?

I have provided the "front/back (head-to-toe)" views for you.
I would think, from the rest of the screenshots in those 2 episodes,
you could probably find enough references to get this character approved.

as I said before, ANY "good guy" character from the TV series IS acceptable in the RL,
as long as you can provide the judges with enough reference photos so they can see the ENTIRE costume.

a written standard is not required for approval;
there are MANY star wars characters for which a written standard does not yet exist.

in the absence of a written standard, the judges will judge your costume according to the reference pics you provide.

however, it should be noted, that you would need to recreate the entire costume.
including the head-dress and face paint for this character.

his 'clothing' alone, would NOT be approvable for a "generic" human character.
you would need to re-create this specific character.

he would fall under "Rebel Supporters / Twi'leks and Togruta"

For a generic Jedi, you need to stick to the generic clothes (tunic, tabards, obi, ...).
If you like this fellow, you can use his color scheme. Green/mint tunic and dark pants fit the standards well. Tabards may have borders, which would fit here well.

Forum and Costume Controls
