Bought the Jedi General braces from Imperial Surplus last year but only had time to do it due to "Work from home" during this Covid situation. Hope all of you are fine. Stay safe. |

Looking good. I am currently working on the same bracer kit!
Did you use white primer? Where did you get the stencil? _________________ -Dan

1) Yes, I used white primer
2) Then I sprayed white
3) I taped the area where i want to spray the Jedi logo
4) I printed out the logo from the internet, pasted it over the taped area
5) I cut through the printed logo and the taped area.
6) sprayed the logo
7) once dry, remove the tape slowly so as not to peel off the logo
do some light weathering (optional)
9) Finally sprayed a dull coat over all the areas |

Hey there!
I've been thinking the last few days about starting a Jedi general. IS seems one of the only places to source the gauntlets. Would it be possible to ask you the gauntlet measurements (like the length and the circumference of wrist and forearm)?
I am 5'2" and pretty small overall... I'm a little worried that ordering premade stuff may be too big. I've had the problem with Mando gauntlets before!
Yours look awesome finished up! |

Hello there,
I'm very sorry for the late reply. Was busy doing an X-wing pilot costume.
This is my gauntlet measurements:

However, if you are smaller size, its quite easy to trim to your fitting. |
